We’ll use a scale, a specialized test, to see how you’re doing and what steps might help you feel even a little better.
4: Building on What Works
We’ll talk about any improvements you’ve noticed and celebrate the steps you’ve taken. We’ll explore how to keep the momentum going and make your gains permanent.
5: Looking Ahead
We’ll imagine what a good future looks like, positive and much happier, and talk about how to continue making progress toward it.
6: Wrapping Things Up
We’ll look back at the progress you’ve made, talk about how to keep it going, and recognize the strengths you’ve used along the way.
